For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Once opened, use immediately. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze after thawing. Packaged in a protective atmosphere for freshness.

ELECTRIC 190˚C FAN 170˚C GAS 5

• Preheat oven
• Remove outer packaging, keep product in foil tray, remove trussing band and open the legs
• Season with salt and pepper
• Cook for the time indicated on the label on front of pack, basting regularly
• Once cooked, check that the chicken is piping hot throughout and juices run clear
• Leave to rest for 10 mins before carving to serve
