An ultimate entertaining must-have. Cooks straight from frozen, with all the flavours of a freshly made dish.

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking
For best results, Oven cook from chilled
Defrost
- Remove sleeve, film and board insert
- Remove butters and set aside
- Defrost tails overnight in refrigerator
- Drain excess water
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 22 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove sleeve, film and board insert
- Place butters onto the lobster tails, cover the tray with foil and place tray directly onto middle shelf of oven
- Baste halfway through cooking
- To serve, drizzle with melted butter from the tray
- Allow to stand 2 mins before serving; Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 30 mins
