Simply tip the potatoes into a roasting tin, coat well with the dressing and turn during cooking for an even crunch. Finish with herbs to suit your preference. Air Fry - From Chilled. 25 mins
180°C
- Preheat air fryer
- Remove sleeve and film
- Place sachet to one side
- Place potatoes in the air fryer tray in a single layer ensuring even spread
- Open the goose fat sachet and drizzle over the roast potatoes until evenly coated
- Cook for 25 mins, turning frequently
- For extra crispiness continue cooking for longer, checking regularly; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking

- Preheat oven
- Remove sleeve and film
- Drizzle goose fat dressing onto baking tray and heat for 5 mins until hot
- Add potatoes to baking tray and mix until evenly coated
- Place in the middle of the oven and turn potatoes frequently
- For extra crispiness continue cooking for longer, checking regularly
- If you wanted to keep the potatoes in the foil tray, these will need to be cooked for longer (1 hour 5 mins 1 hour 10 mins)
