Oven cook - From Chilled. Needs cooking
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 5, 35 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove sleeve and film. Reposition the butter to the centre of the fish and cover the foil tray with foil
- Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven
- Cook for 15 minutes, remove foil and baste with the melted butter
- Cook for a further 20 minutes
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
Do not reheat.

For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, eat within 24 hours. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours.
