How to Cook the Perfect Tomapork
Needs Cooking
Remove from packaging and place butter to one side.
Fry & Oven Cook
Preheat oven to 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas 6 and frying pan to high heat. Remove string from herb bouquet and add to the pan with 15ml oil. Add tomapork to the pan and cook on fat edge for 2 mins, before frying for 2 mins on each side. Transfer to foil lined baking tray then place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 10 mins, turn, add butter to tomapork and cook for a further 10 mins.
After cooking leave to stand for 2 mins and remove bone before serving.
Do not reheat.

Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 20 mins
- Preheat oven to Electric 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6
- Place in the centre of the oven and cook for 10 mins
- Remove from the oven, turn the tomapork and add butter and return to the oven to cook for another 10 mins
- After cooking remove from the oven and rest for 2 mins
- Remove bone before serving; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 6 mins
- Remove all packaging and place butter to one side.
- Preheat frying pan to high heat.
- Remove string from herb bouquet and add to the pan with 15ml oil.
- Add tomapork to the pan and cook on fat edge for 2 mins, before frying for 2 mins on each side.
- Transfer tomapork to a foil-lined baking tray.
