Preparation and Usage


NEEDS COOKING
OVEN
30 mins
ELECTRIC 200˚C / Fan 180˚C / Gas 6
Preheat oven.
Remove all packaging including the protective pad.
Place the glaze sachet to one side.
Transfer the rib rack and juices onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Place on middle shelf of oven and cook for 5 mins.
Remove from oven and discard any cooking juices.
Pour 1/4 of the glaze sachet over the rib rack and spread evenly.
Return to the oven and cook for a further 15 mins.
Remove from oven and pour remaining contents of glaze sachet over the rib rack.
Return to the oven and cook for a final 10 mins until glaze is bubbling and sticky.
Remove from oven and rest for 5 mins before serving.

Do not reheat.

Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 30 mins

Suitable for freezing
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C.
Once opened, use immediately. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Contains bones. This product is sous vide (i.e. this product is cooked slowly in a sealed pouch for several hours). This product must be cooked before consumption.
