Lean, naturally tender and rich in flavour, this boneless British venison loin is a cut above. We've wrapped this sensational piece of meat in dry cured bacon for added succulence. Carve and serve at the table with a drizzle of the velvety red wine & thyme jus.

This product has been specially vacuum sealed to ensure freshness and eating quality. When the pack is opened you may notice the colour brightening and a faint aroma naturally associated with this technology will quickly disappear.

Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
- Remove all packaging including absorbent pad and allow to stand for 10 mins.
- Remove sauce sachet and set aside.
- Preheat oven.
- Do not reheat.; Hob - From Chilled. 3-4 mins
Sauce only
- Empty sauce sachet into a saucepan and heat over a medium heat until piping hot.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 15-30 mins
Rare 15-20 mins
Medium 20-25 mins
Well done 30+ mins
- Place roasting tin on middle shelf of oven.
- After cooking, allow joint to rest for 10 mins.
- Remove strings before carving and serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 3-4 mins
- Heat 1 tbsp (15 ml) oil in frying pan.
- Add joint and cook on a high heat to seal on all sides.
- Transfer joint to a lined roasting tin.
