Serving
Run a knife gently around the inside edge of the pudding to remove the film lid
Place the desired serving plate on top of the pudding and turn upside down
Gently squeeze the sides of the basin to release the pudding

Cooking guidelines
Hob - From Ambient. 2 hours
Remove carton, leaving film lid in place
Add a small plate to the bottom of the pan to ensure the pudding doesn't come into contact with the saucepan
Fill the saucepan with water, enough to cover 3/4 of the pudding
Bring to the boil and simmer continuously, keeping the pan lid on
Top up water as necessary
Do not allow to boil dry
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Ambient. 800W
Remove carton, pierce film lid and place upright in microwave onto a microwaveable plate
Cook on high (100%)
Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving
