Mild-flavoured Norwegian halibut fillets with a firm, large flaking texture. Skinless and boneless, simply season and pan-fry for eight to ten minutes. Source of protein. Two per pack.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Suitable for freezing. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 8-10 min
Remove all packaging. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in frying pan until hot. Fry over medium heat. Turn once. Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook.
Do not reheat.
