Our expert butchers have hand-prepared, stuffed, brined & wrapped this joint in dry cured bacon, before cooking it sous vide for hours in its bag to retain its naturally rich flavours.
Simply finish in the oven & serve with our rich turkey gravy.

Due to the nature of bacon, the meat may be a light pink colour when cooked. It's still perfectly safe to eat. Contains naturally occurring Potassium Chloride.

Oven cook - From Chilled. 65 mins
Electric 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7
- Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging and place gravy sachet to one side
- Transfer the turkey and juices into the foil tray provided
- Lightly oil a piece of foil and loosely cover the turkey before placing on the middle shelf of the oven
- Cook for 45 minutes
- Remove from oven and discard foil
- Return to oven and cook for a further 20 minutes
- Remove from oven, remove turkey from the juices and rest for 10 minutes before serving
- Heat the gravy in a saucepan and add some of the retained cooking juices to deliver desired consistency
- Place the turkey on a carving board and slice into 1cm slices
- Place on a serving dish and serve

Storage:
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
