Pour the desired quantity onto a plate and defrost for approx. 12 hours in a fridge.
Once defrosted, eat within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze after thawing.

Shallow Fry - From Frozen. 6 mins
Remove all packaging
Heat 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil in frying pan until hot.
Cook for 3 min. Turn once.
Cook for a further 3 min.
Do not reheat.
