This Heritage Gold dry cured gammon from Collection at M&S is a British, unsmoked joint with a firm, meaty bite and the rounded, savoury flavour of traditional dry curing. It comes with a portion of spiced pineapple and morello cherry glaze, blending tropical sweetness with deep cherry notes and a gentle spicy warmth. Brush the glaze over the gammon as it cooks to create a glossy, sticky finish, then spoon any remaining glaze over slices for extra shine. Slice thick for hearty portions or carve thinly for classic sandwiches. Made from outdoor bred British pork.

Keep Refrigerated; Product Previously Frozen; Suitable for Home Freezing

Oven cook - From Chilled. Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Electric 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4, 2 hours 20 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging and place the sachet to the side
- Place joint on a foil lined baking tray, cover loosely with foil and place in the centre of the oven
- Cook for 1hr 50 mins, remove the foil from the top of the joint, and cook for the remaining 30 mins
- 10 mins before the end of cooking, carefully remove strings from the gammon, open sachet and pour glaze evenly over the top of the joint, return to oven for remaining 10 mins
- Leave to stand for 15 mins before serving
Do not reheat.

For use by, see top of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. This product may have been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
