• Preheat oven, and remove sleeve and film
• Place tray directly on oven shelf
• For an even crispier product cook for a further 5 mins.

ELECTRIC 200˚C / Fan 180˚C / Gas 6
40 mins

Use to stuff the neck cavity of a 3-5kg bird or simply cook in foil tray as follows.
Electric 200℃ / fan 180℃ / gas 6, 35 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove sleeve and film
- Place foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven
Check that the product is thoroughly cooked.
Do not reheat.
