Slow Cooked Porchetta
This outstanding porchetta is made with succulent pork belly, rolled with flavour-packed garlic, fennel, lemon and herbs. It's then scored and seasoned for the crunchiest crackling, and slow-cooked for hours.
Simply finish in the oven at home and serve with a drizzle of our sweet and savoury pork and apple jus.

This product is pork belly and is a naturally very fatty product which adds succulence and flavour. The levels of fat will vary depending on the cut.

Simply finish in the oven at home and serve with a drizzle of our sweet and savoury pork and apple jus.

NEEDS COOKING

OVEN 1 hour 25 mins
ELECTRIC 220˚C / Fan 200˚C / Gas 7

Remove all packaging.

• Preheat oven.
• Place sachet to one side.
• Drain juices into a jug.
• Place porchetta on a sheet of foil.
• Wrap the base and both ends in foil, leaving the rind exposed.
• Place onto a wire rack over a baking tray, pat dry and rub with salt.
• Place tray in oven and cook for 40 mins.
• Increase oven temperature to ELECTRIC 240˚C / Fan 220˚C / Gas 9.
• Cook for 45 mins, turning tray frequently. For a crispier crackling, cook on further.
• Remove from oven.
• Add 5 tbsp of retained juices to sauce and heat.
• Remove bands and carve joint into slices.
• Stir sauce and serve with the pork.

Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. This product may have been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature.
Further freezing will not affect quality.
Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months.
Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately.
Defrost thoroughly before use.
