Roasted Pre-sliced Wiltshire Ham
We've taken this whole British outdoor bred pork leg and cured it using the traditional Wiltshire process, steeping it in brine for three days. This method dates back to the 18th century and is famous for creating succulent and tender ham, with a distinctive savoury flavour.
We've then oven roasted the ham to perfection, before slicing it ready for sandwiches, cheeseboards, buffets and more.

The slices can vary in appearance. This is natural and does not affect the eating quality.
