For best results carve thickly using a sharp knife. Drizzle over melted butter and cooking juices to serve.

Cook on high (100%). Place butter in a microwaveable dish. Stir before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 55-60 mins
Medium 55 mins
Well done 60 mins
Needs cooking. Remove from fridge 15 mins before cooking. Preheat oven. Remove packaging. Remove butter from joint and set aside. Season with salt and sear in hot pan for 2 mins each side. Transfer joint to roasting tray. Place directly on oven shelf. Baste joint at regular intervals during cooking. Remove from oven, cover with foil and allow to rest for 15 mins prior to carving.
