Product Information
Brew a cleaner, brighter cup with our M&S Collection Single Origin Ethiopian Micro Lot Washed Coffee Beans, made from 100% arabica beans sourced from Ethiopia’s renowned coffee-growing regions. The washed process sharpens the aromatic profile, revealing lively orange fruit, fragrant bergamot and smooth caramel sweetness through a full-bodied cup with a refined finish. Grind yours just before brewing to protect the aroma, choose espresso for deeper caramel notes or a cafetière for a rounder texture, then adjust your dose to draw out more citrus lift; enjoy black for clarity or add milk when you prefer a softer finish.

OCFCU brings together 21 Fairtrade-certified cooperatives, 17,500+ members, including more than 1,300 women. Together, these groups cultivate over 15,000 hectares of coffee land to produce a clean, bright, complex coffee bean. The cooperative farms are located on fertile volcanic soils at altitudes between 1,600 and 2,000 meters where coffee thrives under shade.
This washed Sidamo is bright with floral, citrus and tropical fruit flavours, lively acidity, full body and a refreshing finish.
