Keep Refrigerated; Product Previously Frozen; Suitable for Home Freezing

This product must be cooked before consumption. This product is sous vide (i.e. this product is cooked slowly in a sealed pouch for several hours).

This product has been slow cooked for tenderness, therefore fat and juices may be visible in the pack.
This is natural and will add flavour and succulence during home cooking.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Needs cooking
Preheat oven.
Electric 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7, 55 mins
Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side.
Transfer the beef and juices into the foil tray provided.
Cover with foil and place on baking tray on middle shelf of oven.
Cook for 45 mins. Remove from oven and baste.
Cook uncovered for a further 10 mins.
Remove from oven and drain juices.
Carve using a sharp knife and serve with black BBQ sauce.
Do not reheat.

Storage:
Suitable for freezing
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C.
Once opened, use immediately. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use. This product may have been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality.
