Simply finish off at home and serve with lashings of rich red wine, shallot and bacon sauce.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Needs cooking
Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 40 mins
Remove all packaging.
- Preheat oven.
- Place sachet to one side.
- Place venison and juices into foil tray and cover with foil.
- Cook for 25 mins.
- Drain juices into a jug.
- Add 3 tbsp of retained juices to sauce and pour over venison.
- Cook for 15 mins.
Do not reheat.

Storage:
Suitable for freezing.
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. This product may have been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature.
Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator), use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.

This product must be cooked before consumption.
