Serving
- For best results serve direct from fridge
- Remove sleeve and film
- Remove pâté from tray by running a knife dipped in cold water around the edge of the pâté
- Invert pâté over a serving plate and gently pull the sides away allowing the pâté to drop from the tray
- Slice pâté immediately using a sharp serrated knife
- Wipe the blade of the knife after each slice
