Oven cook - From Chilled. Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Roasting tin will contain hot liquid after cooking.

Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 55 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove sleeve and film
- This product contains an absorbent pad under the chicken, do not remove before cooking
- Brush with the honey and chilli glaze and sprinkle 3/4 of the sachet of sunflower seed spice blend over chicken
- Add 100ml of water to the foil tray
- Place foil directly on oven shelf. Baste the chicken throughout cooking with juices
- 5 mins before the end of cooking sprinkle the remaining sunflower seed spice blend over the chicken
- Check the product is thoroughly cooked by ensuring juices run clear when pierced around the thigh area.
- Cover the chicken and rest for 10 mins.
Do not reheat.
