Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 55 mins
Needs cooking. Remove sleeve and film. Preheat oven. This product contains an absorbent pad under the chicken, do not remove before cooking. Brush with the honey and chilli glaze and sprinkle 3/4 of the sachet of sunflower seed spice blend over chicken. Add 100ml of water to the foil tray. Place foil directly on oven shelf. Baste the chicken throughout cooking with juices. 5 mins before the end of cooking sprinkle the remaining sunflower seed spice blend over the chicken. Check the product is thoroughly cooked by ensuring juices run clear when pierced around the thigh area. Cover the chicken and rest for 10 mins. Do not reheat.
