This Collection Spicy Charcuterie & Cheese Platter brings together four Calabrian cured meats with wedges of Ibérico cheese for a bold, ready-to-enjoy mix. Made by second-generation family producer Madeo in the hills of San Demetrio Corone, the meat is prepared from Calabrian suino bianco pork and seasoned with chilli pepper paste for a warm, lingering heat. You’ll find fennel-speckled salsiccia, lean spicy lombo, broad slices of spianata and mature ventricina with a deeper, peppery richness. Separate or layer together and savour at your pace.
