Serves 1
1 Rinse 50g of rice in cold water.
2 Add the rice to a pan of boiling water.
3 Stir, reduce the heat then cover and simmer for 8-10 mins.
4 Drain well, then serve.
Do not reheat.
Top Tip
Enhance the fragrance of the rice by adding a lime leaf during cooking.
