Prepared by our expert butchers, this stunning British topside of beef has been matured for a minimum of 28 days to bring out even more of its rich, meaty flavour.
It's then finished with a flavoursome mustard and herb-infused fat which melts into the meat as it cooks, creating an even juicier and more flavour-packed roast.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 50-75 mins
rare 50 mins
medium 60 mins
well done 75 mins
Needs cooking
- Remove all packaging, including absorbent pad and allow before 30 mins product to stand at room temperature for cooking.
- Preheat oven.
- Place joint in a deep roasting tray in the centre of the oven for: rare 50 mins, medium 60 mins or well done 75 mins.
- Remove from the oven and rest for 15 mins before carving
Do not reheat.
