Keep Refrigerated; Suitable for Home Freezing

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 10-12 mins
Remove all packaging.
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat.
Add the meatballs and seal for 2 mins.
Reduce to medium heat and cook for a further 8-10 mins.
Turn frequently to prevent burning.
Do not reheat.
