Widely regarded as some of the finest meat in the world, we've expertly butchered and matured our British Wagyu beef for a minimum of 30 days to develop its intense depth of flavour and unrivalled, buttery texture.

Our Wagyu topside joint offers ultimate succulence with characteristically intense fat marbling, for melt-in-the-mouth tenderness. It's topped with a flavoursome mustard and herb fat which melts into the meat as it cooks.

Our meticulously marbled ribeye and rump steaks are also complemented with bone marrow melts. Simply slice the melt and place on the almost-cooked steak and grill for a minute until melted and oozy.
