OVEN 35 mins
ELECTRIC 200˚C, FAN 180˚C, GAS 6
• Preheat oven and baking tray.
• Remove all packaging, leaving the product in foil tray.
• Place on the preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven.
• Once cooked allow to stand for 2 mins.


Do not reheat.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 35 mins

Suitable for freezing.
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

Contains alcohol. Take care, this product will be particularly hot after cooking.

Wagyu beef contains some naturally occurring fat which may cause oil pooling, this will add to the flavour.
