•Remove sleeve and film
•Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on high (100%)
•Stir halfway through cooking


STIR FRY 3-4 mins
• Remove sleeve and film
• Heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in a wok or large frying pan on a medium heat
• Add contents of pack and stir occasionally
