• Preheat oven
• Remove sleeve and film lid and season with salt and pepper, if desired
• Place duck in the foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven
• Baste occasionally during cooking
• Allow to rest for 20 mins before removing bands and carving
• Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout before serving

Do not reheat.
