For best results, use the oven.

Oven cook - From Chilled.
Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 35 mins
- Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film.
- Drizzle goose fat dressing onto baking tray and heat for 5 mins until hot.
- Add potatoes to baking tray and mix until evenly coated.
- Place in the middle of the oven and turn potatoes frequently.
- For extra crispiness continue cooking for longer, checking regularly.

Air Fry - From Chilled. 180°C, 25 mins
- Preheat air fryer.
- Remove sleeve and film. Place sachet to one side.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer tray in a single layer ensuring even spread.
- Open the goose fat sachet and drizzle over the roast potatoes until evenly coated.
- Cook for 25 mins, turning frequently.
- This is a guide only. Check potatoes are crispy and cooked through.
- For extra crispiness continue cooking for longer, checking regularly.

Do not reheat.
