Cooking Instructions - General. Handling Raw Poultry Safely: this product contains raw poultry. Do not wash. Must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Needs Cooking. Remove all packaging, place sauce sachet to one side. Preheat oven.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 23-27 mins

Place the duck breasts skin side up in the padded foil tray provided. Cook in the centre of the oven.
Drain any excess juices from the tray and pour the contents of the sachet into the tray surrounding the duck. Return to the oven for the final 5 mins.
After cooking, leave to rest for 5 mins.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Fry 6 mins
Score the skin of the duck breast and season with salt, if desired. Heat a dry frying pan to medium to high heat and place the duck breasts skin side down in the pan.
Cook for 5 mins until the skin turns golden brown then turn over and seal the meat for 1 min.
