Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Handling Raw Meat Safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Needs cooking. Remove all packaging and place butter to one side. Preheat 15ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
Place pork schnitzels in the pan.
Cook for 4 mins from chilled, turning half way through. Add the butter to the pan and cook for a further 1 min, basting the schnitzels.
Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains before serving.
Do not reheat.
