Cooking guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking. Thickness of fish may vary. Thicker pieces will take longer to cook. Remove all packaging.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 15 mins
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film and place foil tray on baking tray in the middle of the oven. Cook for 15 mins. Some skin may stick to the tray, this is normal. Do not reheat.; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. 5 mins 30 secs
Place butter, chillies and coriander on one side. Heat a little oil in a frying pan until hot. Place fish skin side down in the pan. Fry over a medium heat for 5 mins.
Turn once. Remove the fish and place on a warm plate. Add butter, chilli and coriander to the pan and melt gently for 30 secs. Spoon melted butter over the fish and serve.
