Suitable for freezing. For best before, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, ensure pack is kept properly sealed or store in an airtight container. Grate and freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months in cooking. Once defrosted use within 24 hours.
