Less tangy than others, more like cream, which suits me fine, some may find it too mild. I use it in so many dishes, but lovely just as is with some fresh fruit.

This is definitely a rich crème fraîche. It was great as an accompaniment to a fruit tart and also added to sauces
Great tasting creme fraiche and keeps well. Only downside is that it is a very big tub without a lid to close it after opening..
