M&S Crispy Aromatic Half Duck

Slow roasted marinated duck with hoisin sauce, 12 pancakes, cucumber and spring onions.

The perfect starter to accompany Chinese dishes, this slow-roasted British duck is marinated in hoisin sauce and comes with 12 pancakes, fresh cucumber and whole spring onions. Oven-bake the duck and microwave or steam the pancakes. Serves 4.

Serving
- Place cooked duck on a serving dish.
Take two forks. Place one fork into the duck near the bone, to hold down. With the other fork, shred all the meat from the bone using sharp downward movements
- Heat the pancakes as per the instructions. Place pancakes on a plate. Spread a teaspoon of sauce over the pancake. Slice the cucumber into small batons and slice the spring onions thinly.
Place a small quantity of duck, onion and cucumber over the sauce
- Roll the pancake up and serve

Air Fry - From Chilled. Duck only
200°C, 20 mins
- Preheat air fryer.
Remove duck from the foil tray
- Place half duck in the air fryer ensuring it fits
- Program for 20 mins

Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Pancakes only
800W, 25 secs
- The pancakes should be cooked once all other ingredients have been prepared
- Cut corner off bag, place bag on a microwaveable plate and cook on high (100%)
- Serve immediately after cooking; Oven cook - From Chilled. Duck only
Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 45-50 mins
- Preheat oven, remove sleeve and film
- Remove vegetable garnish, sauce and pancakes from foil tray
- Place foil tray with duck on a baking tray in the middle of the oven
- Cook until skin is crispy; Steam - From Chilled. Pancakes only
3 mins
- Remove pancakes from bag, wrap in foil and lay in a colander or steamer
- Place over a pan of boiling water, cover and steam
