Oven cook - From Frozen. This product is raw and must be cooked.
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 45-50 mins
- Preheat oven.
- Place parsnips on a roasting tray, remove the butter pellets and place to one side. Drizzle oil over the parsnips and stir until thoroughly coated.
- Place the parsnips on the middle shelf of the oven for 15 mins.
- Remove from the oven and turn the parsnips.
Add the butter to the roasting tray and return for a further 30-35 mins, turning occasionally.
- After cooking, allow to stand for 1 min
Do not reheat.
