Boil - From Chilled. 6-8 mins
Bring pan of water to boil, empty pack contents into pan, cover and simmer.
Drain and serve.; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking.
For best results steam.
Remove all packaging.
Do not reheat.; Steam - From Chilled. 6-8 mins
Empty contents into a steamer or colander and steam.; Stir Fry - From Chilled. 6 mins
Heat 10ml of oil in a frying pan, fry for 3 mins then add 2 tablespoons of water and continue to fry for 3 mins until the kale is tender and serve.
