Remove all packaging.
Empty contents into a steamer or colander and steam.


BOIL
6-8 mins
Remove all packaging.
Bring pan of water to boil, empty pack contents into pan, cover and simmer.
Drain and serve.


STIR FRY
6 mins
Heat 10ml of oil in a frying pan, fry on a medium heat for 3 mins then add 2 tablespoons of water and continue to fry for 3 mins until the kale is tender and serve.


Do not reheat.

Boil - From Chilled. 6-8 mins
Bring a pan of water to boil, empty pack contents into the pan, cover and simmer.
