This vintage sparkling white wine is crafted by cellarmaster Elisabeth Sarcelet, using the finest Chardonnay grapes from France. Pairs well with mushroom risotto, scallops and crab dishes. Suitable for vegans. Ready to drink, but will keep for three years or more if carefully cellared.
