Oven cook - From Frozen. Handling raw meat safely: This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Needs cooking
3 hours 30 mins
Electric 160°C, Fan 140°C, Gas 3
- Preheat oven
- Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat
- Season and brown the meat
- Transfer meat to an ovenproof casserole dish.
- Add 400ml of water or stock, cover with a lid
- Place in the centre of a preheated oven for 3 hours and 30 mins
- Check product is thoroughly cooked before serving. The meat must be piping hot with no pink meat remaining
Do not reheat.
