Cooking Instructions - General. Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Needs cooking
Do not reheat; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5, 1 hour 30 mins
- Cover and place in the preheated oven.
- Leave to rest for 15 mins before serving.
- Check the meat is piping hot and no pink colour remains.
- Remove from stock to serve; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 3 mins
- Remove all packaging and preheat oven.
- Heat 5ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan.
- Cook the meat for 3 mins or until browned on all sides.
- Transfer to a heatproof casserole dish, add diced carrots, potatoes, parsnips and chicken stock
