Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 160°C, Fan 140°C, Gas 3, 1 hour 45 mins
Needs cooking. Remove packaging and preheat oven. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Season meat and brown in frying pan. Place in casserole dish, cover with sauce, wine or stock and add vegetables and seasoning of choice. Cover and place in oven until cooked. Do not reheat.
