Sweet Potato

Needs cooking.


Oven 25-30 mins. Electric 200˚C / Fan 180˚C / Gas 6.
• Preheat oven.
• Remove all packaging.
• Place on preheated baking tray, coat in 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil and place in the centre of the oven.
• Cook for 25-30 mins. Turn halfway through cooking time.


Boil 6-7mins
• Remove all packaging.
• Place contents into a pan of boiling water.
• Cover and bring back to the boil.
• Reduce heat and simmer.
• Drain, serve immediately


Microwave 750W 5 mins, 30 secs. 900W 4 mins, 30 secs.
• Pierce film.
• Place on microwaveable plate.
• Cook on High (100%).
• After cooking allow to stand for 1 min.
• Guide for one pack only.


Air Fry (Minimum Capacity 3.8 litres)
20 mins. 180°C.
• Preheat air fryer.
• Remove all packaging.
• Line the basket with foil, and place sweet potato into the basket, ensuring even spread.
• Drizzle over 1tsp (5ml) of oil.
• Program the air fryer to cook for 20 mins.
• Turn occasionally.
• Check sweet potato is tender.


Do not reheat.

Film - Do not recycle at home, recycle with bags at large supermarket.
