Handling Raw meat safely
Wash and dry hands thoroughly before and after handling raw meat, and after disposing of packaging. Use separate chopping boards/utensils for raw meat. Always cover meat and store at bottom of fridge.

Air Fry - From Chilled. 200°C, 12 mins
- Based on a 1400W fryer with a max basket of 4.2L.
- Preheat air fryer.
- Remove all packaging, spread evenly in the air fryer basket in a single layer ensuring even spread.
- Program to cook for 12 mins
- Turn halfway through.
- Allow to stand for 1 min. Ensure chicken is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.

- Place chicken on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven.
- Turn halfway through cooking.
- Allow to stand for 1 min.
Ensure chicken is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 30 mins
- Preheat oven.
- Remove all packaging.
- Place chicken on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven.
