Its too runny for me, I prefer a jam which will stay on your knife as you remove it from the jar and this doesnt. Nice taste if you like a very soft set jam.

Thought I would try this with no great expectations as it was only £1. Didn't expect much. HOWEVER, IT IS EXCELLENT! The price and the taste and the quality is far superior to other jams at more expensive prices! Really pleasantly surprised! This will be in my list always now. M&S have really excelled themselves with this fair trade strawberry jam. The taste is as good as more expensive jams also from Marks and other brands. Going to buy more in my next delivery as a gift to friends who will appreciate this jam!
a brilliant simple jam.
I like different jams, unusual ones, so I bought thos as a 'guest' jam for visitors, then I tried it on a homemade scone and it blew my mind. its perfect, the right balance of fruit/jam and not too sweet as i'm not acfan of very sweet jams. I was so impressed with this jam that i'm actually baking strawberry cakes just to use this jam!
