Roasted and ground coffee beans from Brazil, Ethiopia and Latin America for a wonderfully deep, dark flavour, lifted by seasonal hints of chocolate and citrus. Strength No. 4. Suitable for cafetières and filter machines.

Once opened, store in an airtight container for two weeks in the refrigerator, or four weeks in the freezer.

Serving
For the perfect cafetière:
1. Use one heaped tablespoon of coffee per person.
2. Pour over 200ml of freshly boiled water per person.
3. Stir, wait 3-5 mins and plunge.
Adjust according to taste.
