This product contains a minimum of 60% Fairtrade tea. Fairtrade tea may be mixed with non-certified tea, on a mass balance basis. Despite the current limited supply of Fairtrade-certified tea in the region, we remain committed to supporting those who grow and pick our tea in Assam and so have co-developed with Fairtrade a tailored approach to the region’s unique challenges. To support lasting improvements, we continue to pay above the minimum price set by Fairtrade and contribute to communities with additional investment.

Preparation
How to make the perfect cup of tea: Use freshly drawn water, as reboiled water dulls flavour and colour. Use one teaspoon per person, plus one extra for the pot. Bring the water to the boil, then add to the tea straight away. Brew for 3-5 mins, remove the tea, then add milk if desired.
