Recipe Suggestion:
You will need:
500g beef mince, 400g canned red kidney beans in water, drained.
Cooking instructions: 1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a saucepan on medium heat. Brown the mince, keep stirring until the water has evaporated & add the chilli sauce.
2. Stir, cover the pan & simmer for about 15 minutes on a low-medium heat, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the kidney beans & stir. Cover & simmer for another 5 minutes. Do not boil, adding a little water if needed.
4. Serve with long grain rice, a baked potato or tortilla chips.
